The end of internet radio?

The Copyright Royalty Board (CRB) in the US has taken action against independent musicians and broadcasters with the increase in royalties paid by internet radio services announced on March 2, 2007. Fees have been increased between 300 and 1200 percent, which will effectively shut down thousands of independent broadcasters on May 15.
